Intel®-based high-density servers

The maximum rack density can be achieved with high-density servers of 1U with two single server nodes, 3U with 24 nodes with a single Intel® Xeon® D processor, and 4U systems with up to 8 dual-socket nodes with high memory capacity and high performance.

Intel®-based high-density servers

High-density servers are computer servers that accommodate a higher number of processors, memory and network cards in a compact housing. They are particularly suitable for environments with high resource requirements, such as cloud computing, virtualization and high-performance computing. They allow multiple virtual machines or applications to run on a single physical server, which reduces costs and space requirements while increasing performance. They are also often used for data center environments.
